Supply Teacher
Daily Pay: £110 - £140
Location: Totton
Start Date: ASAP
Contract: Full-time

Supply Teachers to work with
Primary schools based in
Totton . You will be required to teach
KS1/ KS2classes. This can either be day-to-day work or Long-term depending on what you're looking for and the needs of the Primary school. This type of work enables you to be completely flexible and allows you to only work when you are available.
This position is suitable for Early Career Teachers as well as experienced teachers, We also have other vacancies available should this be more suited.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver creative and engaging lessons tailored to diverse learning styles
- Cultivate a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and collaboration
- Implement effective classroom management strategies to create a conducive learning atmosphere
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to students and parents
- Collaborate with colleagues and parents to support student development and well-being
- Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with educational trends and best practices
- Create a safe and supportive learning environment where students feel encouraged to express themselves and take risks
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree/Master’s Degree
- QTS or Equivalent
- In-depth knowledge of the primary school curriculum and teaching methodologies
- Patience, adaptability, and a genuine love for education
- Ability to craft engaging and inclusive lesson plans

- Have the right to work in the UK.
- Have an up-to-date CV with two relevant references from within the last 2 years.
- Have a DBS registered to the update service or be happy to apply for one with GSL Education
