Luton Permanent £42,400 - £47,500 per year
- Permanent Regional Senior HR Advisor, home based with site visits weekly

About Our Client
This is a new role and will report to the Head of HR - UK South. As the Regional Senior HR Advisor, they are looking for someone to join the supportive team to provide high quality and commercial HR partnering to the site leadership teams across the Northern Home Counties around Luton. You will ensure successful delivery of strategic people outcomes as well as providing coaching, support and challenge to managers on all parts of the employee life cycle including employee relations issues, talent and succession, learning and development, organisation design and reward and employee engagement.
Job Description
- Advises management in appropriate resolution of employee relation issues.
- Supports and coordinates ongoing employee and management communications on business performance, policies, initiatives, etc. Responds to employee and manager inquiries for information or clarification. Ensures an open door policy/practice for all employees to seek resolution to work problems.
- Supports ongoing and timely performance management of employees to ensure effectiveness, compliance, and equity within the organisation. Administers training schedule increase program.
- Participates with managers in creating on the job training; including documenting standard work procedures and creation of visual job aids.
- Maintenance of files, to include personnel, Worker's Compensation, and administrative.
- Represents organisation at personnel-related hearings and investigations, including unemployment and worker's compensation hearings.
The Successful Applicant
Regional Senior HR Advisor experience and desired characteristics;
- Human resources advisory experience including ER casework management from start to finish.
- Happy travelling across the Northern Home Counties aorund Luton with flexibiltiy to manage your own hours and days (Monday - Friday)
- High degree of proficiency in MS Office Suite, Outlook & Internet applications.
- Strong analytical, prioritising, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, budgeting, project management (from conception to completion), & planning skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills (including analysis, interpretation, & reasoning).
- Solid understanding and application of mathematical concepts.
- Ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with peers and colleagues across the organisation, as well as, internal and external clients.
