Job description

A Live-in Housekeeper to work in Abingdon, Oxfordshire is needed by this wonderful family to help them in maintaining the cleanliness of their home. An ideal candidate will be someone organised and hardworking who takes the initiative with all general housekeeping duties. The candidate will also be expected to cook and prepare meals for the family. A driver who holds a full driving license is an absolute requirement for this role.

Working hours: 5 days per week from 7:00 am to 12:00 pm then 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm, approximately 40 hours per week (flexibility for weekends)

Accommodation: Private Room, shared bathroom with other housekeeper

Duties include:

sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting
wiping different surfaces
cleaning bathrooms and kitchens
washing, drying, folding and ironing clothes
managing linens and other washable items
washing dishes, utensils and kitchenwares
organising clothes
putting away items
decluttering spaces
arranging belongings
maintaining overall tidiness
