Exciting Opportunity for a SEMH LSA in Colchester Secondary Schools!
Location: Colchester
Salary: £70 - £100 per day
Start Date: Easter start
Contract Type: Full Time
Are you a dedicated and experienced SEMH LSA looking for an exciting opportunity to support students with social, emotional, and mental health needs in Colchester secondary schools? Look no further! We are seeking a compassionate and skilled individual to join our team as a SEMH LSA .
Responsibilities:
- Provide one-to-one and small group support to students with SEMH needs.
- Assist in the development of social and emotional skills through targeted interventions.
- Collaborate with teaching staff to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
- Contribute to the overall well-being and progress of students with SEMH needs.
Requirements:
- Relevant qualifications and experience working with students with SEMH needs.
- Strong understanding of SEMH issues and their impact on learning.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build positive relationships with students and staff.
