Job Summary
As a Sr. Solution Consultant with iCIMS you will generate interest in and excitement around the iCIMS Talent Cloud Platform and the innovative, value-driven solutions it provides. You will focus on new and existing opportunities in our Growth and Core market, enabling our ecosystem and channel partners whilst providing evangelism and solution architecture skills in both our clients and HR/TA communities.
We will provide training and coaching as you build pre-sales expertise to strategically consult with prospects and turn their challenges into potential solutions. Partnering with the sales team, you'll demonstrate how the iCIMS Talent Cloud can help prospects build their winning workforce. Advancement opportunities are numerous and include sales, customer success, labs, and product.
In this role you will report to the Head of Field Innovation EMEA. This will be a London-based hybrid role, twice weekly in the office.
Responsibilities
- Deliver value based, outcome focused engagements, demonstrations, combining solution architecture to business and technical audiences.
- Speaking with LOB leaders and full spectrum of TA life cycle (CHRO, Head of TA, etc) Solution Architecture, Design Thinking, Reference Architecture, Solution Selling (rather than product features / function).
- Be trusted advisor to sales leaders - VP of Growth and VP of Core Markets.
- Liaise and work closely with product management, product marketing and engineering for vision, challenges, direction, competitive analysis, etc.
- Completes orientation and pre-sales training opportunities, developing a strong knowledge of the iCIMS Talent Cloud, including technical infrastructure.
- Consults with sales to understand prospect business challenges and potential software solutions.
- Provides dynamic and engaging software demonstrations to prospects.
- Acts as a subject matter expert on product-related questions.
- Partners with sales to identify and overcome potential prospect objections.
- Partners with sales to increase their product knowledge and demonstration skills.
- Develops and maintains a solid understanding of competitive landscape and related challenges/opportunities.
- May participate in request for proposals.
- 20% travel required.
Qualifications
- Experience working in a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) environment. Ability to effectively consult with a prospect to turn business challenges into software solutions.
- Ability to simplify complex technical information.
- Results-oriented with the ability to work effectively within a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to travel at least 20% of the time
