Salary: £86,826 - £99,980 per annum

L24 – L30 (Inclusive of Outer London Weighting)

Empower Learning Academy Trust wishes to secure permanent appointment to the role of Principal of The Brittons Academy due to the retirement of the current Principal. The academy has been on a successful journey of school improvement, has growing student numbers and good standing in the local community it serves. With a clear vision, a principled approach and the support of the Trust, the next Principal will be able to build on these strong foundations and take the academy forward into the exciting next stage of its development.

The ideal candidate will have a finely-balanced blend of professional experience and personal qualities. They will be able to demonstrate an understanding of the requirements needed to support our students and staff in achieving their full potential, whilst developing a vision for sustained excellence.

They will share the overarching educational philosophy of the Trust, and the ethos of the school, and will exemplify the core values – Passion, Respect, Inclusion, Challenge and Openness – that drive the success of our students.
