Are you a dedicated and experienced clinician seeking a rewarding opportunity to lead within a reputable care home environment? Our client, a leading care home provider based in Preston, is currently seeking a passionate Clinical Lead to join their team. This role offers a competitive salary of £47,500 per annum, along with a fulfilling work schedule and an opportunity to make a difference in the lives of residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical leadership and support to the care team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care services in accordance with regulatory standards and best practices.
- Conduct assessments, develop care plans, and oversee the implementation of individualized care for residents, with a focus on promoting their health, well-being, and independence.
- Lead and mentor a team of nurses and care staff, fostering a positive working environment and promoting professional development.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals, families, and external agencies to coordinate holistic care and support for residents, ensuring their diverse needs are met.
- Maintain accurate records, monitor medication administration, and ensure compliance with relevant policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- To assist the Deputy Home manager and the Home manager
Requirements:- Registered Nurse with valid NMC Pin (RMN, RNLD, or RGN) with a passion for providing high-quality care to vulnerable individuals.
- Proven experience working in a clinical leadership role within a care home setting, with strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Adept at conducting assessments, developing care plans, and managing complex clinical situations with confidence and compassion.
- Ability to work effectively within a dynamic team environment, demonstrating flexibility, resilience, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
- Willingness to work 2x 12-hour shifts per week, along with 2x 8-4 supernumerary shifts, and every other weekend.
