£50-60 p/hr

Sellick Partnership are working with a well established local authority based in the East Midlands who are looking for an Education Lawyer to join them on a locum basis, whilst they look to permanently recruit.

Ths duties of the succesful Education Lawyer will include;

• Managing a caseload SEN admission appeals, with minimum supervision
• Advise on Education law generally, including the preparation of proceedings in relation to Schools and Academies, parents, and pupils. This may include, but is not limited to advice about parental bans, exclusions, discrimination, and education law related matters
• Conducting advocacy in the SEN Tribunal

Our client is seeking an experienced Education Lawyer with previous experience dealing with SEN matters.

The successful Education Lawyer will ideally be able to undertake this role on a full-time basis, however candidates seeking a part-time working pattern will be considered.
