Fully Home based Supervising Social Worker

Salary up to £40,000 per annum

NonStop Care is working with an Independent Fostering Agency with a Good Ofsted rating in the Berkshire area, in order to help them find a Supervising Social Worker who can join them on a permanent basis.

This is a home based role, offering you a lot of flexibility with your schedule. They said they only have some face to face meetings once every 2 - 3 months (and they have free parking at their office). However apart from that, you can work from home.

Responsibilities:

The Supervising Social Worker will oversee a small caseload of 10 - 12 foster families, located mostly around Berkshire, with a few in Basingstoke and in North West London. The foster families are stable and so is the team.

The Social Worker in this role will be linked with an admin worker who does the paperwork, taking that away from you.

The role will include one Form F Assessment per year, however there is a very experienced QA Manager who can support the Social Workers with completing the Form F Assessment, so you will be part of a very nice working environment.

Requirements:

Please apply if you are a Qualified Social Worker and if you have experience in working in fostering or in a Looked After Children Team. You must have a Social Work Degree and a driving license also.
