Company Overview:

A Corporate Law Associate is sought to join a leading national law firm's office in Cheltenham. This role has arisen in response from a continued pipeline of contentious and non-contentious work from clients with an ambitious and driven Employment Solicitor having a key role in the development and success of the team.

Role Overview:

Working alongside several Legal 500 recognised and Chambers & Partners recognised Partners, you will be carrying out high-quality, high-value and complex "city" level work. Working across the following matters includes, but is not limited to:

• Drafting, reviewing, and advising upon commercial contracts
• Delivering advice to clients on general corporate issues, company law and company secretarial matters
• Assisting on investment advisory mandates, negotiating shareholder agreements, share rights agreements, co-investment agreements, drafting and negotiating constitutional documents and ancillary related documentation
• Undertaking corporate reorganisations and restructuring work and putting in place documentation such as shareholders' agreements, LLP members' agreements and partnership agreements
• Assisting with disclosure and due diligence processes by co-ordinating the due diligence team across the firm, reviewing corporate and commercial documents, compiling relevant reports and identifying the key issues (whether corporate or otherwise) including liaising with and managing international legal counsel, where appropriate
