About the Pub
The Bedford Hotel is a very large Victorian corner pub, located very close to Horsham station in a delightful residential area. As a three-storey property, the pub commands a very prominent position with its imposing building. Internally, the pub operartes from two bar areas, there are pub games on offer and there are TV screens which have the potential to host all the major Sky and TNT events. A trade kitchen is located on the first floor which is currently unused, however could be reinstated to drive additional revenue.On the third floor there is an additional room which could be used for private functions or meetings with some investment from the new publican. To the rear of the pub is a very large enclosed patio garden with seating for upwards of 50 customers. There is also a second, smaller enclosed patio area used for smokers. A publican that has experience in developing a site and bringing it back to the local community, whilst at the same time thinking outside the box to introduce different offers.
