Project Administrator

Role Context:

Woodsmith Project Administrator

Role Context:

To provide broad administrative support across the Woodsmith Project with a specific emphasis on national and international travel co-ordination. The role will include:

Document preparation and formatting using company templates including reports, presentations and correspondence.

Preparing minutes of meetings for Project and Functional Leads.

Assisting in the co-ordination of project events including large project functions.

Co-ordinating national and international travel for project personnel in line with project policies and procedures.

Provide support and cover for the administrative aspects of onboarding suppliers

You'll be:

An experienced administrator with a background in a similar role

Able to work independently after initial onboarding period

Able to co-ordinate activities to meet deadlines in a timely fashion

A pro-active team player

You'll have:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Experience in the MS Office suite of products including intermediate to advanced word and excel skills

The ability to deal with conflicting priorities in a busy environment
