Lettings Property Manager

We are always on the lookout for talented individuals to join our award-winning lettings team in Aldershot.

Our Property Managers must be able to deliver under pressure, with excellent organisational and time management skills. You will need to be well presented and confident in dealing with clients both in person and over the phone. Having gained experience in Lettings, this role is an opportunity to look after all aspects of the tenancy from check in to check out.

Job Purpose:

• Dealing with any works that arise as a result of a pre-visit carried out prior to the tenancy starting.
• Deal with all issues arising throughout the tenancy.
• Carry out all property visits on their properties, report to Landlord, raise any issues with Tenants and deal with any maintenance issues.
• Liaising and raising works orders with contractors.
• Work with our compliance personnel.
• Negotiating deposits at the end of the tenancy.
• Ensuring that the property is ready for the next tenancy.

Salary:

Dependent Upon Experience.
