Mortgage Advisor - Re-Mortgage and PT - Bushey, Watford

PRIMIS Mortgage Network are seeking an experienced and suitably qualified Mortgage & Protection Advisor to join a very well established partner Firm (AR) of PRIMIS Mortgage Network’s Mortgage Advisory operation. The firm are based in offices in Bushey, Watford.

The partner firm are a super busy independent Mortgage and Protection advisory business with 3 advisors currently alongside an administration team. Due to increasing new business the firm have taken the decision to recruit a new advisor whom will have the responsibility of servicing the large numbers of re-mortgage opportunities that the firm enjoys having been established for many years.

We are looking for an experienced CAS broker whom is looking for a busier and more lucrative seat although we would consider a standout Banking Mortgage Advisor transitioning to the lucrative broking world.

Base monies are circa £30,000 DOE negotiable. The OTE is £65,000 however earnings of more than this figure are certainly achievable for over performance.

The role is office based although some flexibility can be discussed once the advisor is established.

The role benefits from the PRIMIS circa 90 lender panel and 15 provider protection panel with no loading to premiums ensuring the very best customer outcomes.
