About the Role
On-Board Host -Glasgow
Rail Gourmet is seeking a motivated individual to join our team as On Board Host at Glasgow Station.

Pay Rate: £ 12 per hour + incentives
Shifts: 40 hours, varied between 5.00 am to midnight
RESPONSIBILITIES FOR ON BOARD HOST:
- Provide an 'at seat trolley service' for customers on the TransPennine Express train network.
- Travel on assigned trains along a specific route, assisting passengers throughout their journey.
- Deliver outstanding customer service, handle Point of Sale transactions, manage stock, and adhere to Covid-19 guidelines.
- Work independently, achieving sales targets and consistently providing excellent customer service.
- Ensure contractual delivery is not compromised and meet all sales and promotional targets set by the Retail Manager.
- Accurately account for all stock and card transactions, comply with hygiene and Health & Safety standards on-board and in the Service Centre.
REQUIREMENTS FOR ON BOARD HOST:
- Immediate Joiner
- Due to some responsibilities within the Onboard Host role, applicants will need to be 18 years of age or over to perform certain tasks or work on certain shifts.
