Sales Director - Aviation GSE
Covering EMEA - based ideally in UK or mainland Europe Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market penetration in the aviation sector across EMEA. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including airlines, airports, distributors, military organisations, and municipal authorities. Identify new business opportunities, evaluate market trends, and stay abreast of competitor activities to ensure our competitive edge. Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team, providing guidance and support to achieve individual and collective targets. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, and customer support to optimise customer satisfaction and retention.Job tags
