An exciting opportunity to join theteam at the South Devon & Torbay Mental Health Centre, has arisen for qualified band 4 NurseAssociates.

Both Haytor and Salus Ward provide high quality care and treatment for people who have complex mental health needs. We provide a multi disciplinary assessment of patient need to inform their current needs and future care needs.
The team are an enthusiastic and highly motivated team, with a passion for working with adults of all ages. We work closely as a multi-disciplinary team and work well together allowing us to better support our patients and one another. We aim to support the overall health and wellbeing of our staff, keeping them physically and psychologically well which is important in these current times.
The applicants must have completedtheir training and have their NMC Pin and have some experience of working within an inpatientsetting.
The role of theband 4 will cover many aspects of care planning, risk assessment, shiftmanagement and physical health care and promotion, working alongside theregistered nurses and the wider multi-disciplinary team. This includesOccupational therapists, band 4 OTAs, psychology input, activities workers,physical activities support workers and peer support workers.
The band 4 rolewill also encompass the opportunity for autonomous working and self-developmentand will include the role of named nurse, delivering high qualityinterventions.
