About the role: This person will need Montessori experience and training to at least a Level 3. The nursery is very large with 65+ children and growing. This person needs to have experience as a deputy or extremely competent third in charge/room leader looking for the next step in their career.

Deputy Head Nursery Educator required for our Nursery client based in Twickenham. They are a family of schools and educators, brought together by a common purpose: to give children the foundations for an extraordinary life, through education.
The Deputy Head Educator’s duty is to work in close harmony and support the role of Head Educator by contributing to the education of children at the Nursery through positive and energetic leadership.
Requirements
- Leadership and management responsibilities to support the Head Educator.
- Provide high standards of care and education to meet the individual needs of all children.
- Always adhere to all company policies and procedures.
- Acquire and maintain positive working partnerships with staff, parents, and carers.
