As a Sales and Marketing Assistant, your primary responsibilities will include assisting with the development and maintenance of the e-commerce site, providing customer service in the shop, assisting in creating content for social media platforms and ensuring that the shop maintains a visually appealing presentation. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Directors in managing the shop, e-commerce site and overall marketing efforts of the business..

Responsibilities

• Stock management.
• Product pricing.
• Product packaging and delivery.
• Housekeeping.
• General administrative duties.
• Social media content capturing and liaising with marketing providers.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Good communication skills.
• Excellent computer skills (Microsoft packages, Shopify, Instagram).
• Attention to detail.

Desirable Skills

• Marketing experience - capturing social media content, use of publishing platforms and design software.
• E-commerce experience, preferably Shopify.
• Retail sales experience.

Further Information

The Employer is: BALLYREAGH HOUSE LTD Although this is a part-time temporary opportunity, hours may be extended and it could lead to a permanent position. The job advert may end before the closing date if requested by the employer. Wage: £10.50 per hour
