Our residential and supported living provision has grown over recent years. We now have five registered children’s homes, one residential short break home and registered Staying Close/supported accommodation for over 16s. We are looking for someone who can continue to drive forward the development of our homes working with the registered managers and the rest of the senior management team ensuring that children we care for have the best outcomes they can. To join us you will be an Experienced Registered Manager of a Children’s home and you must hold a DipSW or equivalent, or Level 5 diploma in Leadership and Management. Applicants should have a minimum of 3 years management experience in children’s residential services, with 2 years minimum as a Registered Manager. The post is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 (Exceptions) Order 1975 and an Enhanced DBS disclosure, including Barred List Check, will be required.
