FX Senior Account Director Our client, a rapidly growing FinTech firm, is looking for a dynamic and experienced FX Senior Account Director to join their Dublin-based team as they expand into the Irish market. The successful candidate will be responsible for growing & managing the business' Institutional client base in Ireland, promoting growth through direct sales, attending trade shows & networking events, and partnering with key Corporate Service Providers & fund administrators. Base salary of €110,000, negotiable Uncapped commission, OTE €220,000 25 days Annual Leave Learning & Development opportunities The Ideal Candidate If you have the following skills, you will be a great fit for the role, and we want to hear from you: Proven experience in a FX Senior Account Director role or similar. Skilled negotiator with excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Track record of sales management within FX or other cross-border financial services selling to institutional clients Confident building & maintaining relationships with institutional clients. Duties & Responsibilities Develop and implement effective sales strategies to acquire new institutional clients and expand the existing client base. Establish and maintain strong relationships with institutional clients and the fund eco-system (investment managers, corporate service providers and fund administrators), understanding their investment objectives, risk appetite, and FX requirements. Research, identify and prospect different Institutional clients that have the need for cross-border payments, FX, and FX hedging. Establish rapport and build credibility with clients through networking opportunities and effectively presenting solutions that encompass the client's entire international payment needs and Forex solutions. Stay updated on industry developments, competitor activities, and regulatory changes affecting institutional FX markets. Collaborate with internal teams such as, FX dealing and operations to ensure seamless execution and delivery of services to clients.
