Job description

Registered Nurse (RGN) at Fern Lodge Days and nights As a Registered Nurse (RGN) you will be responsible for the care of our service users. Our Fern Lodge care home is located in Chester and you will be looking after service users with Mental Health Issues. You will be at the forefront of providing a first class service where you make a difference to everyone you support. As a Registered Nurse (RGN) you will:

• Hold a current NMC pin number and be RGN qualified
• Administer medication safely
• Create and update individualised care plans and documentation
• Deliver hands on nursing care to ensure the well-being and health of our residents
• Have an excellent understanding of the standards set by CQC
