Job description
The Service Desk Engineer will be;
- Providing first-line technical support to the organisation's global workforce.
- Troubleshooting hardware and software issues promptly and effectively.
- Collaborating closely with other members of the Technology department.
- Assisting with the maintenance and development of the organisation's IT systems.
- Ensuring that all IT queries are handled in a timely and professional manner.
- Helping to implement new technology initiatives within the organisation.
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of the service desk function.
- Maintaining a high level of knowledge about the organisation's IT systems and procedures.
