Join Our Compassionate Team at Change Grow Live: Specialty Doctor Position in Nottinghamshire

We are currently seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Specialty Doctors for our substance misuse treatment service in Nottinghamshire. As a Specialty Doctor, you will work under the Consultant Psychiatrist for the service, collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team to provide holistic care for clients from both services.

 

In Nottingham, our team is a vibrant and diverse assembly of seasoned service managers, expert consultant psychiatrist, dedicated doctors, nurturing nurses, efficient healthcare assistants, compassionate recovery staff, committed volunteers, effective administrators, and enthusiastic peer mentors. Collaboratively, we are wholeheartedly devoted to delivering comprehensive support and medical care to individuals accessing our services.

 

Location: Nottinghamshire

Hours: Full-time (37.5hrs per week, Monday to Friday)

Salary: £88,982.40 - £99,819.20 dependant on experience 

Key Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the delivery of high-quality services in adherence to best practice guidelines and professional standards.
• Ensure service users consistently receive excellent care.
• Contribute to the overall performance of the service to achieve contractual output targets.
• Record and input client data and information to meet contractual, administrative, and financial requirements.

Requirements:

• Recovery-focused approach to treatment.
• Flexibility to work across operational sites as needed, including evenings and weekends based on service user needs.

Qualifications:

• Medical Degree and completing of Basic Medical Training
• Full GMC- UK Registration and Licence to Practice
• Experience in delivering evidence based treatments in Substance Misuse
• Applicants for this role should have experience in addiction medicine.
