What will you do?
- Handle a full and varied contentious probate caseload
- The Inheritance Act
- Contested wills
- Executor disputes
- Equitable interest claims
What will you need?
- Ideally to be a qualified solicitor or legal executive – with at least 1 year' experience in contentious probate
- Unqualified paralegals and part-qualified legal executives with litigation experience and an interest in contentious probate are also encouraged to apply
