Job description

Oakhouse Foods requires a full member of staff to join our customer care team, operating from our small unit in Metheringham.

The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of office and warehouse duties which include:-

Handling incoming and outgoing sales calls and dealing with customers queries in a friendly and professional manner. The majority of our customers are elderly and require a lot of patience and care.

Must be IT literate and have exceptional customer service skills and an excellent telephone manner. Must have a can do attitude and be able to work as part of a team and assist other team members when needed.

The position also includes picking and packing customer orders from our warehouse chest freezers with accuracy and care. Taking in incoming deliveries to be stored in the cold store. All of this is physical work and will involve some heavy lifting.

Days of work Mon – Fri 9am -5pm including Bank Holidays, total of 40 Hours.

Rates of pay £11.65 per hour.
