**Your Role and Responsibilities:**
- Efficiently oversee assigned private client work, providing regular updates on progress and costs.
- Uphold elevated standards of client care and confidentiality.
- Attain agreed-upon levels of billing and time recording.
- Take ownership of credit control for private client matters under your purview.
- Maintain transparent communication with firm personnel and external entities.
- Supervise, support, and foster the development of immediate support staff.
