Job description
Our client is a major Global Forwarder and they are looking for an Export Clerk with a minimum of 2 years experience in freight forwarding environment with knowledge and understanding of customs procedures.
Duties:
- Customer Service
- Speaking to customers and taking bookings/quotes.
- Production of Work files on AS400 system
- Allocation of cargo to correct flight/services.
- Accurate completion of MAWB and HAWB via AS400
- Customs entries to CHIEF via ASM Sequoia system
Hours of work – 37.5 hrs per week (flexibility required to work day/mid and late shift inc Saturday roster).
Monday to Friday / 09:00hrs to 17:30hrs
Salary 30k - 32K subject to experience
