Our busy Internal Communications team sits at the heart of Leeds Building Society, using their creativity and flair to bring our Society's story to life for our 1,600 colleagues. We're looking for someone who can bring impactful and memorable design and creative to our messaging. Someone who can transform complex information into compelling and inspiring visuals that engage their audience.

About the role:
As our Creative Content Designer you'll be directly championing our Purpose through the development of creative content to support our internal communications campaigns. Ranging from ad-hoc announcements to high-profile, multi-faceted events and campaigns, you'll take the lead on developing graphic design and video to be used across our internal communications, owning their development and execution from concept to completion.
You'll work with stakeholders from across the Society, as well as the wider IC team, to learn about projects and communications to colleagues and advise not only on best practice, but also most effective mediums to use and impactful design concepts.

We have a hybrid working model, where you can work 60% from home, with the rest of your time being flexibly based at our new, sustainable head office in Leeds city centre, just 5 minutes' walk from the train station.
