Responsibilities:

Your role is to provide operational and technical support for assigned information and communication technology systems:

• Maintaining the full range of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) systems
• Ensuring the systems are running at optimum performance with minimum ICT down time
• Responding, investigating and resolving Customer Support Requests, logged by users
• Site visits to investigate, coordinate and resolve open support requests and provide proactive maintenance
• Assisting with software upgrades, patching and installations
• Administering user accounts within the Active Directory environment
• Providing reports and analysis with regards to the ICT systems and user support statistics and other data
• Contributing to ICT projects, working to timescales and within costs
• Providing an additional out of hours ICT support service

Desirable skills:

• Good general education including e.g. ICT or Computing Studies
• Skilled in maintaining computing hardware to ensure optimum operation
• Microsoft Windows knowledge
• Strong Microsoft 365 knowledge
• Current valid driving license and use of a vehicle (essential)

Salary:

£14,021.28 - £19,056.96 per annum (depending on age)

Working hours:

Monday to Friday, 9am until 5pm
