About the role

A well-respected wealth-management business are looking to add administrators to their team in the Newcastle office, to provide operational support to the wider branch and client-facing executives.

We are keen to speak with candidates who are keen to work within a financial services environment, who have data entry administrative experience.

This role is offered on a permanent basis, working 9-5 Monday – Friday, in the Newcastle office.

About the role:

Carry out admin duties in line with company processes.

Work to a high standard in line with service level agreements

Setting up new accounts and transferring cash and stock

Support delivery of projects and wider company objectives and standards.

About you:

Experienced administrator ideally within Financial Services

Collaborative team player and an eye for detail

Able to work under pressure in a regulated environment.

Professional communicator and good academic background
