About You:

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced High-Level Teaching Assistant to join our team.

Your Role:
As a High-Level SEN Teaching Assistant you will play a pivotal role in supporting a cohort of students on a 1:1 basis within the school environment. Your mission will be to help these students overcome their barriers to learning, develop emotional regulation skills, and successfully reintegrate into the classroom setting. You will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of these young people by providing personalised support and fostering a nurturing learning environment.

Requirements:
* Minimum of 2 years' professional experience working with vulnerable children or young people with additional needs (i.e. SEN), barriers to learning (i.e. challenging behaviours) and/or those with negative experiences impacting their mental health (i.e. trauma, SEMH).
* Genuine passion for supporting young people with special educational needs and a commitment to their success.
* A commitment to keeping children and young people safe, and a practical and up to date knowledge of Safeguarding.
* Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
* Access to your own vehicle (fuel costs are fully covered).
