Are you a dedicated and experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant seeking a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact in a dynamic educational environment? Axcis currently looking for a skilled HLTA to join a school immediately, working across Key Stages 2 to 4.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide tailored support to students with low-level needs, specifically in areas such as Dyslexia and Dyspraxia.
• Assist in the delivery of lessons, ensuring students are engaged and supported in their learning.
• Work collaboratively with teachers to create an inclusive and positive classroom environment.
• Conduct one-on-one and small group interventions to address individual learning needs.
• Demonstrate proficiency in both English and Maths to support students across various subjects.

Requirements:
• HLTA qualification or equivalent experience.
• Experience working with students with Dyslexia and Dyspraxia.
• Strong proficiency in English and Maths.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
