Job description
A dynamic care provider in Crewe is seeking a full-time Registered Care Manager to play a pivotal role in overseeing the management and daily operations, whilst also contributing to the growth and development of the business.
The role offers hybrid working as well as excellent training and career progression opportunities and a competitive salary and benefits package up to £38,000 per year, supplemented by bonuses.
As the Registered Care Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Managing the day-to-day operations and running of the business.
- Ensuring compliance with CQC standards, safeguarding and other regulatory bodies.
- Liaising with new clients and their families, assessing clients’ needs and building individual care packages and care plans.
- Seeking out opportunities for growth of the service.
- Managing staff effectively to ensure delivery of a high quality service.
- Working in collaboration with third parties and other multi-disciplinary teams.
You will have the following skills and attributes: - Proven track record working at management level in a Health and Social Care setting is essential.
- In-depth knowledge of CQC regulations and Health and Social Care management principles.
- Commercial awareness with strong influencing and negotiating skills, and the ability to engage and build rapport quickly at different levels.
- Hold an NVQ Level 5 in Healthcare and Social Care Management or equivalent.
- Full UK driving license and use of a vehicle is essential.
You will be working up to 40 hours per week on a hybrid basis between 9.00am – 5.00pm, Monday to Friday. Overtime is available.
