Oldham Council is actively recruiting for a dynamic and experienced Adults Team Manager to join our Mental Health Team in partnership with the Mental Health Trust. Pay Rate: £40 per hour
Duration: Temporary (3 months initially)
Weekly Hours: 36.66 hours per week
About the Role:
As an Adults Team Manager, you will take on a key leadership role, working in partnership with the Mental Health Trust to ensure the effective delivery of mental health services. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the strategic direction of the team and make a positive impact on service users lives.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the Mental Health Team in collaboration with the Mental Health Trust.
Provide strategic direction and oversee day-to-day operations.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective service delivery.
Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures.

Pay Rate: £40 per hour
