THE ROLE - Office Manager
SALARY - £30,000
LOCATION - Glasgow City Centre
HOURS - Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm
We're teaming up with a well-established Engineering company based in Glasgow City Centre to recruit an Office Manager.
You will be suitably experienced in overseeing the general management/running of an office and you will enjoy being involved in all aspects of a successful office.

This is a full-time role and the hours of work are 9am to 5pm (Mon-Fri).
Key responsibilities:
* Working with the company Directors to oversee and guide the team
* Motivating the team and driving productivity
* Handling all communications
* Dealing with client enquiries /fielding calls
* Assist with internal audits in preparation for external audit visits
* Recording all HR information (i.e., holiday/sickness)
* Ensure office maintenance is taken care of and report any faults with relevant contractors
* Overall management of the office to ensure everything runs smoothly and in the most cost-effective manner.
* Reception duties including telephone, mail, welcoming visitors, etc.
* Co-ordinating reports/letters
* Filing (paper and electronically)
* Diary management for the two Directors
* Organising lunches, corporate events and functions for clients and/or staff
* Liaison with Building Managing Agents/Landlord
We'd love to speak to candidates who have:
* Intermediate/Advanced in all Microsoft packages including Excel
* Health & Safety knowledge
* Self-motivated and driven
* Proactive nature, approachable and flexible
* Excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skills
* Previous Office Manager/PA experience
