Do you enjoy administration, have outstanding organisational skills, and a passion for providing a great customer experience? Our client in the heart of Farnham has an exciting opportunity for you to showcase your administration and customer service skills within a fast-paced environment as a Customer Service Administrator. As the Customer Service Administrator, you will be working closely with various departments across the group as well as ensuring client records are kept up to date.
Key responsibilities:
- Reviewing application information and documents
- Confidently liaising with clients via telephone
- General administration including maintaining digital customer records
- Ensuring client records are kept up to date
- Liaise with internal and external business partners
- Communicating with clients to request pay data and complete conference calls
- Ensuring all calls are compliant with Data Protection
Essential Skills: - Excellent communication skills
- Prior experience within an administrative role, with a keen attention to detail
- Experience working in a fast-paced customer service position
- Clear and confident telephone manner
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
- Ability to comfortably prioritise tasks
- IT literate with working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
