Seeking: teaching assistant (TA) in PRU Swindon -challenging behaviour
We are on the lookout for a wonderful, caring teaching assistant (TA) to work with teenagers with challenging behaviour in a PRU setting in Swindon. These students have a range of needs, including SEMH and some SEND, so you will need to be highly adaptable to their needs. The school prides itself on creating a safe space for students, and focus on positive behaviour management. You will ideally have experience with challenging behaviour and be team-teach trained or equivalent. Due to the nature of a PRU unit, they aim to provide consistency for all students consequently ideally are looking for someone to commit to this role in the long-term. You will need to be in school from 8.30 until 3.3pm, and pay will start at £80 per day, varying depending on experience. This is a full-time role from Monday to Friday.Job tags
