Job Description:

Recruit UK are working with a boutique financial planning practice based in Sussex who are looking to bring on a Financial Planning Administrator.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to progress their career as the role can offer longevity regardless of your ambitions! Your role will start of as an Administrator for the Director but you can quicky pick up additional duties, if you want to. This role is predominantly remote working too, although you do need to be within commuting distance of Sussex for monthly meetings.

Duties will include but not limited to: 

• Client liaison, answering any enquiries
• Booking and attending client meetings alongside the director
• Updating the back office system with client documentation
• Creating and sending letters of authority
• Contacting product providers
• General sales support

Skills and experience required:

• Experience working in a Financial Planning firm
• Ability to build relationships with clients
• Good knowledge of UK Pensions and Investment products
• Diploma in Financial Planning, or ambition to start it
