Team Leader (Customer Service)

Fabric Recruitment are excited to be working with one of Leicestershire's top 100 companies who pride themselves on the services they provide. They're now looking to recruit a highly organised and customer focused individual for the role of Team Leader within their International Sales Team.
Description of the role:
- Work with the team to organise departmental workload.
- Responsible for the supervision of other team members.
- Monitoring and reporting department KPI's.
- Providing support and cover within the team.
- Managing Tender bid preparation and submissions.
- Responsible for meeting targets, deadlines, and company objectives.
- Represent the department/business in internal and external meetings.
- Ensuring continued analysis of sales data and orders to forecast accordingly.
- Liaising and building strong relationships with customers, suppliers, service providers as well as other departments within the company.
- Product sourcing and negotiating prices with supply/manufacturing partners.
- Sourcing and organising transport for shipments.
- Supporting and contributing to departmental/business projects.
- Reporting and investigating discrepancies that may arise.
- Actively seeking continuous improvement opportunities and cost savings.
- Support HR activities for direct reports i.e., Performance & Development Reviews, Absence Management, 1:1 Meetings, Holiday Management & Approval, etc.
- Provide support and requested sales reporting to the International Sales Management and Executive team.
About you:
- Previous experience within a team leader/supervisory role
- Good IT skills
- Good communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask
