Temporary opportunity available for up to 8 weeks, working for a value driven not-for-profit business with a truly amazing team!
The role requires someone keen to undertake administrative tasks, who can easily pick up new systems and processes and can commit for the full 8 weeks required.
The ideal person will have previous administration experience and be immediately available, and able to travel easily to Wythenshawe. The temporary role offers an hourly rate of £10.90ph and this is paid weekly.
What will you be doing as a Repairs Administrator?- Logging all out of hours works and providing administrative support in relation to housing repairs
- Managing 70 operatives training schedules and blocking time out in their diaries for training
- Re-scheduling works in the operatives diaries, re-arranging repairs and maintenance and dealing with issues
- Re-distributing repairs when operatives are taking annual leave
- Accurately recording details into the in-house system

- Must be computer literate
- Details focused and able to use initiative
- Previous administration experience is essential!
- Able to work well from own initiative and quick to pick up new systems and processes
- Excellent communication skills
