Job description

As a Branch Supervisor based in Wandsworth, you’ll be responsible for:
Working from the office dealing with customer queries over the phone and email
Supporting over the trade counter dealing face to face with customers
Processing orders
Supporting in the warehouse with general warehouse duties
Managing the branch when the branch manager is absent
Working hours are Monday to Friday 8.00am - 5.00pm plus one in three Saturdays 8.00am - 12.00pm (paid as overtime)
And here’s what we’d like you to have:
Sales/customer service experience beneficial
Industry experience/knowledge would be an advantage
