Join a proudly independent small animal practice located in a charming village in West Sussex, celebrated for its breath-taking natural surroundings and abundant green spaces. Our client is a growing practice with two state-of-the-art hospitals and four bustling branches, committed to providing exceptional veterinary care.
They are seeking an experienced and passionate Veterinary Surgeon to join their expanding team as the Lead Branch Vet. Their RCVS accredited hospital boasts the latest medical technology, enabling a wide range of diagnostic assessments, emergency treatments, and surgeries. All their practices are equipped with cutting-edge facilities, including an in-house laboratory, Ultrasound, Endoscopy, Digital X-ray, and a modern, comprehensive theatre suite with advanced anaesthetic monitoring devices.
The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting surgical and medical procedures with precision and care, overseeing branch operations, ensuring the highest standards of veterinary care, and collaborating with a skilled team of Vets and Nurses to provide excellent patient care. They will handle a diverse range of cases and emergencies.
Applicants should be qualified Veterinary Surgeons with leadership experience preferred but not essential; our client values drive and focus. A commitment to delivering exceptional veterinary care is essential.

The Rota:
• Full time - 40 hours per week
• 4 day week
• A mixture of shifts (7.30am-6pm, 8.30am-7pm and 9.30am-8pm)
• Daytime weekend rota with TOIL
• Bank holiday rota
The Benefits:
• Generous salary from £50,000 - £60,000+ DOE
• 7 weeks' annual leave including bank holidays
