As a Studio Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of our bustling fashion studio. From managing administrative tasks to aiding in the creation of bespoke pieces, you'll be an integral part of our creative process.
Key Responsibilities
Administration:
- Handle day-to-day administrative tasks, including scheduling, email correspondence, and maintaining organized records.
- Assist in managing appointments, meetings, and studio logistics.
Order Processing and Customer Interaction:
- Oversee e-commerce order processing, ensuring timely fulfillment and addressing customer inquiries.
- Provide exceptional customer service, managing client interactions and inquiries.
Studio:
- Support the design and production team in coordinating the creation of bespoke pieces.
- Creating technical packs and drawings
- Assist in organizing and maintaining the studio space, ensuring a conducive and efficient work environment.
Inventory:
- Assist in monitoring and managing inventory for both ready-to-wear and bespoke pieces.
- Collaborate with relevant teams to ensure accurate stock levels.
Social Media:
- Aid in coordinating social media activities, including content creation and posting schedules.
- Assist in engaging with our online community and responding to inquiries.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years' experience in a studio or personal assistant role, preferably in the fashion industry.
- Able to design and sew
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Excellent Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign skills
- Proficient with social media
