Senior Architectural Technologist
Manchester
£40,000 + upon experience
Call out for Senior Technologists who are interested in joining a fantastic practice in Manchester with an excellent reputation working across Education, Leisure, Residential, Healthcare and Later Living.
You'll be working on Residential projects, so previous experience in this sector is highly sought after. We are looking for very strong Revit and AutCAD skills here.
This is great opportunity for someone who's focussed and ambitious and looking to make their mark on a diverse range of projects.
Essential requirements
Minimum of 5 years’ post qualification experience, with a proven ability to design in accordance with statutory design requirements.
A strong portfolio of work in the residential sector. Experience in the housing, retirement living or social housing would also be desirable.
Strong experience with Revit and AutoCAD.
Client facing and confident to take part in meetings with project team members.
Exceptional technical design skills and an ability to develop a project from RIBA Stage 2 onwards.
Ability to lead a project team.
Proven project running experience.
