The Role

We are looking for a  Security Guard to ensure the security of the Emirates Stadium is upheld through providing a professional and efficient security service.

This vitally important role is a great opportunity to learn, and be part of, how security works across a world class sports stadium and associated sites. You'll contribute and help improve our security by monitoring our premises to prevent theft or other illegal activities and also ensure that all buildings are secure after normal business hours.

Your day-to-day

• Monitoring and controlling access to the stadium for all of our staff, visitors and contractors.
• Keeping records of all people on club sites up to date, while conducting searches of visitors, vehicles and areas when necessary.
• Liaising with and educating other members of staff regarding visitors and potential security issues.
• Assisting with the opening and ongoing management of specific areas of the Emirates Stadium, the Community Hub, Youth Academy site at Hale End and the Training Ground at London Colney, ensuring that the security of the buildings and wellbeing of all workers and customers using club premises are maintained.
• Remaining vigilant towards any security or terrorism threat and to escalate any suspicious behavior.
• Assisting with emergency evacuations where required ensuring compliance with any health & safety, regulatory and statutory procedures.

What we are looking for

• Proactive, with a continuous improvement mindset.
• Previous training in counter terrorism including ACT.
• SIA Door Supervisor and CCTV licence.
• Experience of working within an ‘inner city’ environment and familiar with handling the type of challenges that may be presented.
• Friendly and a strong communicator.
• Excellent relationship building skills with people of all levels, and who is always looking to be a team player.
