Are you a Project Manager looking for an exciting new challenge? Fawkes and Reece are working on behalf of a well–known regional main contractor who work on a range of projects. Their portfolio include education, residential, health care, leisure, retail, public realm and MOD projects. This client has been establised for over a century and therefore offer a wealth of knowledge and experience to their employees joining the business. They encourage career progression for their employees and have clear support structures in place to assist with your goals.

The client is looking for a strong Project Manager who can be number one on site and therefore should be comfortable managing and leading a team of Site Managers and sub–contractors. The ideal Project Manager for this company will be a true leader with a keen eye for detail, proficient in health and safety, management skills and understanding the whole build process. Drawing upon your main contractor background, you will have experience in new build, RC Frame projects. You will be reporting into the Contracts Manager who will visit you on site to offer additional support on a weekly basis. The right candidate should be determined to see the project through from start to finish and looking to progress in their career. You will be site based in Colchester for education projects up between 12m – 15m.
