We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed individual to join our team based on-site at our client’s premises in Boston, with the potential of being offered a permanent contract.
The Role
Attracting, interviewing, inducting & onboarding of new workers
Ensuring the customers staffing requirements are fully met
Managing a temporary workforce.
Responsible for weekly payroll and KPI reports
Responsible for PPE distribution and management
Daily liaison with client management and candidate pool
Attending daily operational meetings.
Providing an out-of-hours telephone service for emergency purposes
Rotating weekly shifts, early & afternoon
Ensuring full compliance and legislative adherence

Ability to problem solve and work under pressure
Well organised with excellent attention to detail

Ability to liaise with management of all levels

Ability to adapt to changing priorities and operational demands
Experience & Requirements
Experience within the recruitment industry would be an advantage, although training will be provided
Knowledge of manufacturing or processing environments an advantage
Good IT skills including Word, Excel & Outlook
Russian language skills an advantage but not essential
Salary
Negotiable, depending on experience
