Job Title: Administrator- Part Time

Location: Bangor

Salary and Benefits: £13.00- £15.00 per hour

Hours of work: 9am-1pm Mon to Fri- Office Based.

The role will be considered on a Temp to Perm basis or Permanent.

The Right Client - Nominate Recruitment are seeking an Administrator to join a long established and successful Commercial and Property Management company based in Bangor.

The Right role:

RECEPTION

· Answering telephone

· Taking and logging Card payments

· Taking rent payments at reception desk

· Greeting visitors

· General Reception admin duties

ASSISTING RENTAL TEAM

· Preparation of Lease Renewals (this requires a knowledge of Mail Merge)

· Typing of outstanding balance letters

· Filing and miscellaneous admin duties

PREPARATION OF PROPERTY MANAGEMENT SALES PACKS

· Correspondence with the vendor/purchaser solicitors and preparation of the necessary documents required to assist the property sale.

· Producing property certificates when the sale is complete.

COLLECTION OF GROUND RENTS

· Sending out Ground Rent demands twice a year

· Allocating ground rent payments and making up lodgements

· Reconciling Ground Rent Ulster Bank statements on a monthly basis

· Preparing the landlords statements and payments (May/November)

· General ground rent queries upon house sales, etc

The Right Fit:

At least 1-2 years’ experience in a busy Reception / Admin role.

Previous experience within Property is desirable but not essential.
