Premium Threading CNC Machinist - VR/29094

Status: Permanent

Location: Aberdeen

Rate: Available Upon Request

We are looking to recruit several CNC Machinist for our manufacturing client based in Aberdeen on a permanent staff basis.

Performing the operation of premium threading on pipes or couplings, in a safe and efficient manner according to applicable procedures, complying with defined quality standards.

Main duties and responsibilities:

• Executing change over and setting up the machine.
• Performing lathe operation.
• Performing premium threads on pipes or couplings.
• Carrying out end deburring.
• Performing chips cleaning.
• Changing machine tools.
• Assisting machine lock outs and tag outs and doing operating maintenance (cooling fluid, machine adjustments, etc).
• Updating information in the tracking systems.

Applicants to this role require:

• Time served CNC Machinist.
• Ideally has experience using Fanuc.
• Experienced with manufacturing premium connections.
